- Thoughts – Mental and emotional stress such as upsets, arguments, work pressure and relationships can have a large toll on the body.
- Trauma – Minor repetitive motions over a prolonged time, abnormal posture, or significant trauma such as falls, car accidents and sporting injuries can put the body under significant stress.
- Toxins - Chemicals that we put on absorb on our skin, medications that we take, the polluted air we breathe, the processed foods we eat and the cigarettes that some of us chose to smoke can also contribute to the formation of Subluxations.
What are some of the signs or symptoms of a Subluxation?
